Fine Art Prints

Designed for high quality digital fine art reproduction, Torchon fine art paper by Hahnemühle is a pure cellulose watercolor paper with a distinct textured surface with excellent image sharpness and optimal color density and gradation. The thickness and surface texture of this fine art paper provide both substance and beauty. Inkjet printed with archival pigment inks that significantly enhance the visual brilliance of both your color and black & white images, Torchon fine art paper is acid-free, pH neutral, and made from pure cellulose.

Fine Art Prints provide a very distinct look and can be purchased in lieu of standard prints at a 25% surcharge on standard pricing below.

Framed Prints

All prints can be matted and framed.

Standard framing is a gallery-style, solid wood frame, approximately 3/4 inch wide and 1 1/4 inch deep, featuring a contemporary matte black or natural lacquer finish. Links are examples only.

Standard matting is a Spanish White, archival, acid-free 4-ply alpharag mat boards, from 2 to 3 inches wide, and mounted on a 3/16" white acid-free archival mounting foamboard.

Frames can be finished with a variety of glass or acrylic.

Metal Prints

Metal Prints are created using a dye sublimation process where the photographic print is infused through heat onto an aluminum sheet coated with a white base. This coating creates a brilliant, high gloss surface which brings about unsurpassed detail and vibrance along with depth and life unseen in traditional prints.

Metal prints are extremely lightweight and can be easily hung. A float mount hanger is attached to the back of each metal print, causing it to float 1/2 inch off the wall when hung. A simple sawtooth hanging opening is built into each float mount hanger. Metal prints have 1/8” rounded corners.

Metal prints have an ultra-hard scratch-resistant surface and are waterproof/weatherproof, however, they should be handled with care to avoid bending or damaging the corners. Metal prints can be cleaned using a soft cloth with non-ammonia based window cleaner or water. Metal prints should be kept away from direct sunlight.

Metal prints carry the same archival rating as that of long lasting photo paper.
